Perfect tenses show that an action is completed (finished) before a certain time. ⏰

Present Perfect Tense

👉 Used to show an action that started in the past and continues or is just completed.

🔹 Form: have/has + past participle (V3)

🔹 Examples:

  • I have finished my homework. 📘
  • She has visited the museum. 🏛️

Past Perfect Tense

👉 Used to show an action that was completed before another past action.

🔹 Form: had + past participle (V3)

🔹 Examples:

  • I had eaten dinner before my friend arrived. 🍽️
  • They had left when we reached the station. 🚉

Future Perfect Tense

👉 Used to show an action that will be completed before a certain future time.

🔹 Form: will have + past participle (V3)
