- They live nearby 🏠. (where)
💡 Tip: Ask “How? When? Where? To what extent?” → If yes, it’s an adverb!

Many adverbs end in -ly ➡️ quickly, slowly, happily.
Adjectives do NOT end in -ly (except a few like friendly).
Adverbs can describe:

- Other adverbs: He runs very fast ⚡
